Our varied class styles provide classes for beginners as well as those who want to push themselves further. All our classes can be modified each individual's abilities and fitness levels - so you are welcome at any of our classes!

We create our timetable due to demand - so keep letting us know which classes you are loving and and which ones you'd love to see more of!


​All our classes are child friendly! We want to make it possible for everyone to train at Pure Fitness. We are happy to have the little ones along if they are in a pram or in the designated kids area. 

*Please note they mustn't require our supervision, or go near the weights/machines for safety purposes.*

We are all about improving performance and we are happy to be able to offer group sessions that focus on enhancing athletic ability and strength as well as general health and well being. We cater for sporting teams and community groups, kids, corporate groups, aged care and so much more!
