Alma Morrison - Co-Owner and Head Coach

Qualifications/Skills: Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. BoxFit 1 + 2 Training. First Aid Level 2. TRX Level 1, Battleropes Level 1 and Medicine Ball Level 1.

Alma is an outstanding trainer who creates challenging and unique workouts to challenge each and every one of our clients. She adapts her training to suit each and every individual person - making sure that you are getting the perfect workout for you. Her genuine interest in your success will see you smashing your goals and nothing less!

She loves competing in obstacle courses and so far has completed Tough Mudder, Muddy Hell and Spartan Race which has just fuelled her love of fitness and training even more. She has a wicked sense of humour and thoroughly enjoys every aspect of training clients and seeing her clients constantly excel.

Annelise Van Rooye - Co-Owner, Coach and Gym Manager

Qualifications/Skills: Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Mindset Coach, First Aid Level 2.

Annelise is the other half of the founding team and is the happy face behind all our semi private training, online content and some of our group fitness classes. Annelise has a massive passion for nutrition and holistic health and is a big believer in promoting wellness as a whole package for a happy balanced lifestyle. She has an extensive background in netball, playing for over 20 years at a high level. She loves coming up with fun ways to challenge you in the gym and emphasising that training is not just about how you look, it’s about how you feel. It’s her mission to ensure you feel your strongest, healthiest and happiest yet... and enjoy the whole process!

David Newton - Coach

Qualifications: Certificate 3 in Fitness, Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Aged Care, First Aid Level 2.


Dave is our cheeky Scotsman with a passion for health and fitness. He takes the majority of our group fitness sessions and is always around in the gym to help our members. Dave has worked all around the world, specialising in nursing and Aged Care and making sure his clients always get exceptional service with a smile.

Dave makes you feel at home, joking around while he challenges you to be the best version of yourself.

Jayde Richardson - Coach

​Qualifications/Skills: Certificate 3 in Fitness, First Aid Level 2.

Jayde is our bubbly and delightful group fitness instructor! She takes some of our morning group sessions as well as the Beginners classes and is always ready to greet you with a big smile as you walk in the door.​


She is one super talented lady who has an extensive background in dance and theatre and has a natural gift for making health and fitness fun, enjoyable and inclusive!
