BERRY YOGHURT W/ MUESLI (VG, VO, DFO, GFO)


    Berry Yoghurt with Muesli


    INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)

    • 200g plain Greek yoghurt (VO/DFO—sub for coconut yoghurt)

    • 200g berries—blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc

    • 30g muesli or granola (GFO—sub for GF or paleo granola)


    METHOD

    1. Place the yoghurt and 1/2 the berries in a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

    2. To serve, place remaining berries and granola/muesli on top.
