CHOC PROTEIN SMOOTHIE (V, DF, GF)


    Chocolate Protein Smoothie


    INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)

    • 30g of protein powder

    • 250ml water

    • 250ml almond milk (or your preferred nut milk)

    • 1 banana

    • 5g cacao nibs (can sub for a spoon of unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder)


    METHOD

    Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
