    DIY burgers

    INGREDIENTS

    • Bread rolls (GFO—swap for GP wraps/pita)

    TOPPING IDEAS:

    Lettuce/Spinach

    Bacon

    Grilled chicken

    Tomato

    Grilled onion

    Veggie patty

    Pineapple

    Cheese

    Grilled zucchini/capsicum/eggplant

    Egg

    Olives

    Mushrooms

    Sauce ideas—mustard, onion relish, beetroot hummus, avocado

    METHOD

    1. Cook any patties in a frypan with bacon, eggs, pineapple and any other ingredients.

    2. Preheat oven to 180C. Place rolls on trays. Place in oven for 5 minutes, or until starting to go brown and crispy. (If adding cheese, feel free to pop on the bread to melt)
