A quick, delicious protein smoothie that is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.
• 20g (1/2 scoop) protein powder
• 250ml water
• 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
• 20g spinach
• 1 tsp natural peanut butter
• 50g banana (1 small banana or 1/2 a large banana)
(Feel free to add flavours like a tsp of cinnamon or nutmeg to taste!)
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
