• ¼ cup popcorn kernels
• 1 tbsp olive oil OR 1 tbsp butter (VO, DFO – sub for dairy free butter/margarine)
• Sea salt to taste
1. Place butter and oil in saucepan at high heat, throw in corn kernels. Swirl popcorn around until butter has melted. Place lid on top. 2. Shake occasionally until pops have nearly stopped. 3. Season with salt to taste.
NOTE: If you have an air fryer—use that instead, without oil or butter.
