• 30g oats (GFO—gluten free oats or rice flakes/quinoa flakes)
• 20g (1/2 scoop) protein powder
• 100ml unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred nut milk)
• 100ml water
• 50g of fresh or frozen berries
Place oats, protein powder and liquid in a saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the porridge becomes creamy and starts to bubble. Top with berries or fruit of choice.
