SMASHED AVO ON TOAST (V, DF, GF)


    Avocado on sourdough toast


    INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)

    • 30g avocado (around 1/2 a small avo)

    • 20g spinach

    • 2 slices gluten free bread

    • Pinch black pepper

    • OPTIONAL—5g nutritional yeast flakes


    METHOD

    Mash avocado, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl. Spread onto GF toast and top with spinach leaves
